Senior Recruiter, Sales Engineering

Job Summary

To support a growing North America Sales Engineering team, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring leaders, and influence talent acquisition strategies while working remotely in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting by creating and implementing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Act as a talent advisor by partnering with hiring leaders to understand team goals and facilitate interview processes, including offer negotiations
• Utilize data to address challenges in the recruiting process, providing insights and tracking pipeline data for hiring managers

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proven strategic sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous tech experience preferred, demonstrating an ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
