Job Summary

Partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders, the full-time Senior Recruiter focused on Tech and G&A will manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles across Engineering, Product, Data, and corporate functions in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define position profiles and develop effective search strategies
• Own full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interview management, and offer negotiation
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through targeted sourcing and market mapping techniques

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical and G&A/business functions
• Experience in a technology, SaaS, startup, or high-growth environment
• Strong technical understanding of the current technology landscape
• Proficiency with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system
• Proven sourcing expertise, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
