Senior Recruiting Operations Partner

Job Summary

Owning the recruiting systems end to end, the full-time Senior Recruiting Operations Partner will lead significant changes in tools and processes while managing vendor relationships and building reliable AI workflows, with the flexibility to work remotely within Canada or the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize recruiting systems, including ATS and scheduling tools, ensuring seamless integration with Workday
• Lead large-scale systems changes from vendor evaluation to implementation and training, ensuring smooth transitions
• Develop and maintain AI workflows and a comprehensive recruiting context layer for process documentation and playbooks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent operations at a tech company, with admin-level ownership of an ATS
• Proven experience in building AI workflows or automations used by teams regularly
• Experience leading systems implementations or cross-functional projects from decision-making to adoption
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting processes and collaboration with recruiters
• Experience with ATS migrations or Workday integrations is a strong plus
