Senior Recruiting Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing hiring initiative, the contract Senior Recruiting Partner will work remotely approximately 40 hours per week, focusing on building sourcing strategies, conducting candidate outreach, and maintaining efficient recruiting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute sourcing strategies for both technical and non-technical roles, engaging high-caliber talent
• Conduct candidate outreach and manage interview scheduling to ensure a smooth recruiting process
• Collaborate with hiring managers and interview teams on candidate pipelines and recruiting priorities

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth technology environment
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of uncovering hard-to-find talent
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting across various roles, including technical and non-technical positions
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Data-informed approach to recruiting with a focus on candidate experience
