Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Recruiting Specialist will manage the full life cycle recruitment process for financial advisors, focusing on sourcing, relationship management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified financial advisors and teams through various sourcing channels
• Develop strong relationships with prospective advisors to understand their business needs and career goals
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes while refining strategies based on data

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in a corporate or recruiting agency setting with a focus in the financial services industry
• Proven record of accomplishment in sourcing and pipeline development techniques
• Understanding of employment laws as it pertains to recruitment and selection
• Highly proficient in using applicant tracking systems, with experience in Workday being a plus
