Senior Red Team Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Senior Red Team Consultant based in the U.S. or Mexico, this full-time position will manage red teaming engagements, conduct threat assessments, and provide actionable security recommendations for clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Run red teaming engagements, including research, profiling organizations, and defining attack objectives
• Perform operations to achieve attack objectives through diverse attack paths, including network and web application vulnerabilities
• Lead small teams, mentor co-workers, and contribute to the advancement of the consulting practice

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of offensive security experience with red teaming and purple teaming engagements
• Expertise in Windows Active Directory exploitation and lateral movement
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container technologies (Kubernetes/Docker)
• Hands-on experience with command-and-control frameworks and custom tool development
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python, Golang, and JavaScript/TypeScript
