Senior Regulatory Advisor

Job Summary

Advising clients on regulatory compliance, the full-time Senior Regulatory Advisor will provide risk-based guidance, conduct research on regulatory changes, and support clients through product recalls, all while working remotely in the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Providing regulatory advice to ensure product compliance with legal standards and client policies
• Researching regulatory developments and advising on changes to client policies
• Managing client complaints and leading support during product recall processes

Required qualifications

• Degree in product safety, consumer protection, consumer law, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulatory role within industry or enforcement
• In-depth knowledge of product safety regulations and consumer trends
• Fluency in English and the language required for the market/region
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
