Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager in a part-time remote capacity, this role will manage regulatory projects for crop protection chemistry and biotechnology, providing expertise on U.S. regulatory pathways and mentoring colleagues in regulatory strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the preparation and coordination of regulatory projects for new product registrations across crop science portfolios
• Provide senior-level regulatory leadership for genetically engineered plants, including strategy development and compliance with USDA, EPA, and FDA requirements
• Act as a primary contact for North American regulatory expertise, mentoring team members and contributing to client relationship management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Toxicology, Natural Resources, or a related scientific discipline (advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the registration of genetically engineered crops and agrochemicals at the U.S. federal level
• Proven track record of successfully registering products under EPA FIFRA and navigating USDA and FDA regulatory pathways
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with global crop protection and biotechnology regulations is preferred
