Senior Regulatory Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting rate-regulated utilities, the full-time Senior Regulatory Consultant will conduct cost of service studies, prepare rate cases, and provide regulatory compliance guidance in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and support regulatory service delivery, including rate case preparation and testimony development
- Conduct cost of service studies, depreciation studies, and revenue requirement analyses
- Ensure compliance with FERC, Uniform System of Accounts (USoA), and other regulatory frameworks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or J.D. from an accredited college or university
- 4+ years of experience in regulatory consulting, utility accounting, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of FERC, USoA, and rate-regulated utility reporting requirements
- Experience with rate development and regulatory filings
- Alaska regulatory experience is preferred but not required
