Senior Regulatory Manager

Job Summary

Leading the operational implementation of regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives, the full-time Senior Regulatory Implementation Manager will work remotely to ensure organizational readiness for Medicare Advantage requirements while coordinating cross-functional activities and managing project risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new and revised regulatory requirements impacting Medicare Advantage operations
• Partner with various departments to evaluate the operational impact of regulatory changes and document implementation requirements
• Develop executive-level implementation status reports and present progress to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, compliance, regulatory affairs, or Medicare Advantage operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving regulatory or compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of project management principles and implementation methodologies
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
