Job Summary
To ensure accurate and timely regulatory submissions, the full-time Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst will manage Unit Statistical and WCPOLs data reporting to NCCI, WCIRB, and other Independent Bureaus while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the submission of WCPOLS and Unit Stat reporting data, ensuring compliance with bureau requirements
- Provide guidance and training to junior analysts, reviewing and approving actions as needed
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain service level agreements
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience with NCCI or independent Bureaus WCPOLS filing requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in a Work Comp bureau or Workers' Comp carrier environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combinations of education and experience
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word
