Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Reimbursement Analyst will support patient access to Pain Interventions therapies by managing reimbursement needs, providing strategic advice to cross-functional teams, and evaluating the reimbursement environment for new and legacy products.
Key responsibilities
- Assess reimbursement needs and risks for new and legacy products to support market access strategies
- Provide reimbursement-related insights to product development, marketing, and sales teams to enhance product strategy and launch readiness
- Analyze and communicate changes in the reimbursement landscape, including Medicare regulations and payer policies, to internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health policy, health economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical reimbursement and market access
- Strong understanding of US reimbursement processes and payer dynamics
- Experience with products at various stages of commercialization, including new product launches
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity technologies for enhancing workflow efficiency
