Job Summary
Leading strategic partnerships for the largest and most complex accounts, the full-time Senior Relationship Manager, Mortgage will drive growth and retention through innovative solutions and customer engagement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop strategic plans with customers to enhance growth, retention, and ROI
- Facilitate sales presentations and proposals that leverage Equifax solutions to improve customer operations
- Oversee customer onboarding and satisfaction while identifying and implementing process improvements
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Mortgage & Housing, preferably in sales, marketing, or relationship management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; master's degree preferred
