Job Summary
To support the acquisition and management of small business and personal relationships, the fully remote Senior Relationship Manager - SAFE Act will collaborate with RBC USWM Financial Advisors, delivering financial advice and facilitating client introductions while focusing on business development and exemplary service.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of small business and personal relationships to achieve sales goals in deposits, lending, and fee income
- Develop strategies for engaging RBC USWM Financial Advisors to ensure fully qualified client introductions and follow-up
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by addressing needs, resolving escalations, and deepening relationships through cross-selling efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of direct sales experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a financial institution
- Deep knowledge of banking products for personal and business clients, particularly for small businesses
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements relevant to banking operations
