Job Summary
To support the newly formed Release team, the full-time Senior Release Engineer will execute the technical vision for software release and validation infrastructure, focusing on building, maintaining, and automating pipelines to ensure the safety and reliability of software for autonomous vehicles, with options for hybrid or fully remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Release team to implement quality gates for stable code releases
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline integration of patches and bug fixes
- Contribute to optimizing release metrics and propose solutions to improve build processes
Required qualifications
- BS or MS in Engineering or equivalent knowledge and work experience
- Strong proficiency in Git and Python, with advanced experience in CI/CD infrastructure
- Experience in the autonomous driving sector or complex software release environments
- Ability to work collaboratively within a technical team and communicate effectively
- Focus on building maintainable, production-ready systems and improving workflows
