Senior Release Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end release cycle, the full-time Senior Release Operations Manager will coordinate product installations and upgrades, track progress using Jira and Slack, and act as the primary liaison between teams and external partners in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Track the lifecycle of product installations and upgrades, ensuring deadlines are met
• Utilize Jira and Slack to monitor upgrade success rates and provide status reports to leadership
• Design and implement organizational systems to manage client-specific repositories and configurations

Required qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects in a fast-paced SaaS or AI environment
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Advanced experience with project management tools, specifically Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket/Git
• Mindset of continuous improvement and drive to automate inefficient workflows
• Elite verbal and written communication skills to translate technical hurdles into clear business updates
