Senior Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Leading critical infrastructure initiatives, the full-time Senior Reliability Engineer will architect scalable solutions, navigate complex technical challenges, and drive innovation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide reliability and infrastructure projects with high autonomy
- Respond to critical incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term resolutions
- Provide tier 2/3 technical support to enterprise customers and conduct technical onboarding
Required qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering
- 5+ years of experience with AWS and cloud automation
- Expert-level experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform
- Hands-on experience with major compliance frameworks (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP Moderate/High)
