Senior Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

To support strategic asset management initiatives, the full-time Senior Reliability Engineer will provide reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage a strategic asset management plan that integrates various operational systems and enhances reliability programs
• Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and ongoing maintenance maturity assessments to improve equipment reliability and performance measures
• Oversee the development and optimization of preventative maintenance tasks and create risk mitigation strategies for critical assets

Required qualifications

• BS in an Engineering discipline, preferably mechanical or electrical
• Over 10 years of experience in reliability engineering, including RCM and predictive maintenance methods
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems in critical environments
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and data analytics
• Certifications such as Certified Reliability Leader or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional are preferred
