Job Summary
Leading critical infrastructure initiatives, the full-time Senior Reliability Engineer will architect scalable solutions, drive technical innovation, and manage enterprise-wide reliability projects in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute reliability and infrastructure projects across multiple teams with high autonomy
- Respond to critical incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reliability goals with business objectives and provide tier 2/3 technical support to enterprise customers
Required qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud automation, including Kubernetes and Terraform
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects from conception to production
- Experience with major compliance frameworks such as SOC 1/2 and ISO 27001
