Job Summary
Leading inventory replenishment strategies across 200+ stores, the full-time Senior Replenishment Manager will develop initiatives to drive inventory efficiencies and support guest experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Retail Product Team, focusing on talent acquisition and coaching
- Identify opportunities to improve SKU-level inventory efficiency across stores and distribution centers
- Ensure effective communication and cooperation between operations, distribution center managers, buyers, and inventory planners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5-7+ years of relevant experience in replenishment, allocation, buying, or planning
- Experience managing a team and prioritizing workload
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization and resource efficiency management
