Senior Reporting Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with analytics and operations teams, the remote Senior Reporting Analyst will develop data-driven solutions and tools to enhance company performance and patient outcomes, utilizing reporting and analytical skills in Power BI and SQL.
Key responsibilities
- Gather business reporting and analytics requirements to improve operational and clinical efficiency
- Validate the accuracy and quality of data in analytics and reporting outputs
- Design and create analytics dashboards and operational reports using visualization tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, statistics, public health, economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a reporting or health economics environment in the healthcare industry
- 1+ years of experience developing dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong SQL skills required; expertise in SQL and Python programming preferred
- Experience with healthcare data (EMR and/or claims) preferred
