Senior Reporting Services Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and performance of a new reporting and analytics service line, the full-time Senior Reporting Services Manager will oversee bureau reporting, financial data compliance, and dashboard delivery while developing high-performing teams and engaging with clients in Maitland, FL.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and deliver bureau reporting and dashboard services, ensuring quality and timely delivery while identifying monetization opportunities
- Lead the development of management dashboards and analytics as a recurring service, collaborating with the Technology team for data accuracy
- Oversee the submission of underwriting transaction reports and serve as the escalation point for complex issues in financial data reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or insurance operations, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong working knowledge of dashboard and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to lead teams, set direction, and drive accountability
- Excellent executive-level communication skills with a strong client presence
