Senior Reports Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Reports Analyst IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain operational, financial, and compliance reports using a customized reporting system
- Translate business requirements from stakeholders into effective reporting solutions
- Analyze existing workflows and data structures to recommend reporting improvements and serve as a subject matter expert on insurance and TPA processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role
- Significant experience (3+ years) in insurance, TPA, or claims administration
- Exposure to regulatory reporting requirements in insurance or TPA contexts
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proficiency with customized reporting systems
