Job Summary
Owning the execution and financial performance of the North America Repower project portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Repower Projects Director will manage multiple concurrent programs, lead Project Managers, and ensure safety, customer satisfaction, and financial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own portfolio results in safety, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance, ensuring projects are execution-ready
- Lead, coach, and develop the Project Manager team, fostering a culture of ownership and proactive problem-solving
- Hold full P&L accountability, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency while managing customer relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 10+ years of experience in project management, construction, field operations, renewable energy, or engineering
- 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing projects with direct financial accountability
- Experience managing large portfolios with significant P&L responsibility
- Deep knowledge of wind energy project execution and repower operations
