Senior Research Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Research Analyst, this full-time remote position will independently lead end-to-end research studies, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality research insights using extensive healthcare data.

Key responsibilities

• Independently lead end-to-end research studies, including literature review, study design, and dissemination of findings
• Write and maintain data analysis code for data processing and analysis, along with corresponding documentation
• Collaborate with various teams to drive project success and communicate research findings to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, health services research, data science, or related quantitative discipline
• 3+ years of experience with statistical programming in R and/or Python, particularly in health sciences
• 3+ years of experience in scientific writing and developing research publications
• 3+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating findings effectively
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality projects under tight deadlines
