Senior Research Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting research and analysis across various housing market sectors, the full-time remote Senior Research Analyst will collect and analyze data, develop reports, and contribute to research publications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support research and analysis across For-Sale, Rental, Macro, Demographics, and Building Products sectors
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze housing market and economic data to identify trends and insights
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and written research for client deliverables and publications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Real Estate, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Research Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience in R, Python, and/or SQL
- Proven ability to independently structure and execute complex analyses and provide actionable insights
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work
