Senior Research Analyst
Job Summary
To support medical education evaluation and grant-seeking efforts, the full-time Senior Research Analyst will assess programs, manipulate data, and translate insights for stakeholders while leveraging AI-assisted tools for report drafting and delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand analytical and reporting needs
- Manipulate data and perform statistical analysis using Excel, R, SPSS, and/or SAS to identify trends
- Design and prepare reports and presentations using tables, visualizations, and infographics for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Behavioral or Social Science, Statistics, Public Health, or Market Research
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in research and data analytics
- Knowledge of research methodology and statistics for reporting data and outcomes
- Above-average skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with comfort using AI tools for analysis and report development
- Experience prioritizing and completing multiple projects simultaneously for different stakeholders
