Senior Research Associate

Job Summary

To support higher education clients, the full-time remote Senior Research Associate will design and implement qualitative research studies, conduct secondary research projects, and manage multiple projects while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Designing interview and focus group protocols and conducting outreach to recruit participants
• Analyzing transcripts, thematic coding, and producing client-ready deliverables
• Conducting secondary research to address key topics in higher education and managing project lifecycles effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a writing/research-intensive discipline; Master's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in secondary and qualitative research and professional writing
• Experience interacting with industry experts or senior administrators
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint
• Ability to synthesize content and develop insights effectively
