Senior Research Associate, Survey

Job Summary

Focused on delivering actionable insights for higher education clients, the full-time Senior Research Associate, Survey will design and analyze survey instruments, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with research directors, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine survey instruments to meet client research objectives and ensure high-quality data collection
• Program complex surveys in Qualtrics, applying advanced logic and quality control measures throughout the survey lifecycle
• Analyze survey data and produce clear visual and written outputs that support higher education decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Economics, Business, Psychology, or Statistics preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Qualtrics survey programming, including complex logic and troubleshooting
• Experience analyzing survey data and translating results into clear outputs for applied research audiences
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI-enabled tools in research workflows
• Professional or academic experience in research or survey design and analysis strongly preferred
