Senior Research Director

Job Summary

Leading complex ad hoc and tracking research programs, the full-time Senior Research Director will serve as a senior leader within the Custom Technology Research team, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while managing multiple projects remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quantitative research engagements, including proposal development, study design, and presentation of findings
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met
• Build and grow client relationships through exceptional delivery and consultative partnership while supporting business development efforts

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of supplier-side custom market research experience, with substantial experience in leading ad hoc and tracking studies
• Proven ability to independently manage complex research engagements from proposal to final delivery
• Deep expertise in survey-based quantitative research, including questionnaire design and data interpretation
• Experience with a broad range of research solutions, including brand tracking, concept testing, and customer experience studies
• Strong understanding of advanced research methodologies such as segmentation, MaxDiff, and pricing research
