Job Summary
Managing cross-functional projects, the full-time Senior Research Manager will lead AI initiatives that enhance user experience and game development pipelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new major initiatives within the AI R&D Team in collaboration with the AI Director
- Project manage AI initiatives, balancing resource, scope, and time constraints while identifying risks and improving production processes
- Foster and maintain relations with key external partners and advocate for actionable improvements within the team
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software project management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with the full cycle of an AI product, AI research, or game development
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Experience with industry project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- A high degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain composure under pressure
