Senior Research Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex research initiatives, the full-time Senior Research Manager for Sponsored Research will provide strategic and scientific leadership for multi-partner projects, manage evidence-building efforts, and support program improvement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage learning agendas for sponsored research projects, collaborating with internal and external partners
• Coordinate work across Youth Villages teams, external researchers, and public-system partners to ensure effective project management and communication
• Facilitate the use of evidence in decision-making by developing learning opportunities and resources for staff and partners

Required qualifications

• Doctorate in psychology, public policy, social work, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in quantitative research methods, study design, and statistical analysis
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate research questions and analytic approaches critically
• Experience leading complex, multi-partner initiatives with competing priorities
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
