Senior Research Scientist
Job Summary
To support a dynamic Real World Evidence team, the fully remote Senior Research Scientist will design and conduct real-world studies, develop protocols and analysis plans, and communicate study results to clients and team members.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement real-world evidence studies, including data feasibility assessments and analytic dataset creation
- Perform independent analyses of primary and secondary data, providing recommendations on study direction
- Communicate study results effectively to both internal teams and external clients
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in Real World Evidence research
- Master's degree in health services research or a related field
- Proficiency in SAS or R programming
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team
- Understanding of financial performance related to project execution
