Senior Research Scientist

Job Summary

To advance the field of quantum computing, the full-time Senior Research Scientist will design and simulate superconductor digital logic circuits for qubit control and readout, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-eligible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and simulate superconductor digital logic circuits for qubit control and readout
• Develop systems for multiplexed qubit control and address integration issues in superconductor digital electronics
• Collaborate with design, fabrication, and measurement teams to validate integrated quantum processors and publish research findings

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering discipline
• Experience in superconductor logic families and performing tape-out of superconducting IC chips
• One or more published research papers or presentations at relevant scientific conferences
• Experience in the design and simulation of superconductor digital logic circuits
• Proficiency with computer-aided design tools and electromagnetic simulation tools
