Job Summary
Providing direct client contact and support, the full-time Senior Research Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications, assist with escalated inquiries, and mentor junior team members while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

- Assist in training new hires and support cross-training initiatives within the team

Required qualifications
