Job Summary

Thriving on exploration and experimentation, the full-time Senior Researcher will monitor industry trends, tinker with emerging models and techniques, and identify opportunities to enrich data assets while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and synthesize trends in AI and machine learning research to identify high-leverage opportunities
• Tinker with emerging models and tools to build prototypes and run experiments for evidence-based insights
• Translate research findings into actionable outputs, including opportunity briefs and experiment proposals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in applied research or machine learning research
• Master's degree in Applied Sciences, Statistics, or a related field
• Deep familiarity with modern paradigms such as large language models and multimodal models
• Strong tinkerer's mindset, comfortable learning by building and experimenting
• Experience with data enrichment approaches like synthetic data generation and active learning
