Senior Researcher in Education

Job Summary

To support project teams focused on international education assessments, the part-time Senior Researcher in Education will manage day-to-day project operations, lead collaborative teams, and design impactful research studies while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage project operations as principal investigator or project director, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
• Lead the development of study designs, methodologies, and data collection tools for international assessments
• Oversee data collection and analysis efforts, communicating findings effectively to clients and stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• PhD in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Firm understanding of implementation science and experience with data collection methodologies
• Experience managing project teams on research and evaluation projects
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analytic software packages
• Experience in grant and proposal writing for federal and state clients
