Senior Researcher in Video Data

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Researcher focused on Diffusion Models or Vision Models.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and summarize video datasets, maintaining up-to-date scorecards and metrics
• Design and conduct evaluations of video models to identify data gaps and improve performance
• Define and maintain evaluation sets that reflect real-world video use cases
• Engage with external researchers to identify emerging video data needs and model challenges

Required Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent Master's degree plus 4+ years of industry experience in a relevant field
• Experience in designing and executing model evaluations and data analyses
• Understanding of data impact on models throughout the training process
• Proven ability to independently scope questions and drive experimental decisions
• Publications or contributions in data-centric AI are a plus
