Senior Resource Management Manager

Job Summary

To support enterprise-wide resource management, the full-time Senior Resource Management Manager will oversee global resource assignments, capacity planning, and demand forecasting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage resource assignments and capacity planning to align with client and project needs
• Monitor current and future capacity, utilizing project forecasts and sales pipelines to anticipate demand
• Establish and drive consistent resource management standards, including reporting and data governance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in resource management, capacity planning, or project operations within a CRO or biopharmaceutical environment
• 5+ years of management experience
• Working knowledge of clinical research and drug development operating models
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with resource planning systems
