Job Summary

Building strategic partnerships with enterprise restaurant partners, the full-time Senior Restaurant Business Partner will manage relationships, optimize performance, and drive collaborative growth initiatives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with contacts at various levels within restaurant partner organizations
• Analyze partner performance data to derive actionable insights and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational outcomes with business objectives for mutual growth

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing top-tier partners or accounts, preferably in restaurant operations or e-commerce logistics
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and present clear recommendations using analytical tools like Tableau or Excel
• Strong track record of building internal and external relationships through collaboration and negotiation
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
• Proactive problem-solving skills with experience in conflict resolution and creative solution development
