Senior Retail Expansion Manager

Job Summary

Leading the growth and daily operations of Branch's brick-and-mortar program, the full-time Senior Retail Expansion Manager will oversee current stores and partner sites, manage new store openings, and drive performance metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Set the retail strategy for stores, showrooms, and partner locations, determining market fit and scaling plans
• Lead the assessment, planning, and execution of new store openings, ensuring alignment with Branch's premium brand experience
• Analyze store performance and customer data to continuously improve traffic, conversion, and engagement KPIs

Required qualifications

• 6-8+ years of retail operations experience, including leadership of multiple locations at a premium or digitally native brand
• Experience in new store openings, managing design and construction partners to stay on schedule and budget
• Proven P&L ownership, with experience in building and managing retail budgets and forecasting
• Strong analytical skills to monitor traffic and conversion metrics and act on insights
• Demonstrated people leadership, with a track record of hiring and developing effective store managers
