Senior Retail Planning Manager

Job Summary

Experienced retail planners will find a full-time salaried Senior Retail Planning Manager opportunity responsible for owning merchandise planning, building sales and inventory plans, and managing product allocation across a growing store fleet in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage store sales, inventory, and receipt plans aligned to sales targets
• Allocate and replenish products based on sales trends and store capacity
• Develop reporting tools and analytics to monitor inventory performance and sales opportunities

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of retail merchandise planning, allocation, or buying experience
• Deep understanding of planning concepts such as open-to-buy and sell through
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Experience with planning or inventory systems (e.g., Fulfil, Flagship)
• Background in apparel, home goods, or direct-to-consumer brands is a plus
