Senior Retirement Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the main contact for HRIS, the full-time Senior Retirement Benefits Analyst will manage the design, development, and administration of retirement benefit programs within the HCMS system, while troubleshooting issues and enhancing processes remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for retirement benefits and HCMS systems, resolving inquiries and coordinating with internal and external partners
• Collaborate with HRIS and IT to create audit reports, improve processing efficiency, and ensure compliance with retirement plan regulations
• Analyze data to recommend process improvements and document standard operating procedures related to the HCMS benefits module

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience in Benefits Administration and HCMS administration
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• Experience with an Enterprise Human Capital Management System
• Skilled in process management and able to communicate effectively under pressure
