Job Summary
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, the remote Senior Retirement Plan Consultant will oversee complex record-keeping projects, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide expert consulting services on retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee complex record-keeping projects, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
- Develop strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Educate clients on retirement plan features, benefits, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of relevant recordkeeping experience, with a focus on employee benefits or defined contribution
- 5 years of experience with Schwab Retirement Technologies (SRT) or related retirement platforms
- Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, or finance preferred
- Advanced knowledge of ERISA and IRS regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to oversee and implement projects efficiently and on time
