Senior Revenue Accountant
Job Summary
Owning the accounting and reporting of revenue across various sales channels, the full-time remote Senior Revenue Accountant will manage month-end close activities, prepare revenue-related journal entries, and reconcile high-volume transaction data while collaborating with multiple teams to enhance revenue processes.
Key responsibilities
- Own monthly revenue close activities for direct-to-consumer, marketplace, and wholesale sales channels
- Prepare and review revenue-related journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Analyze historical trends and coordinate with Sales teams to resolve customer deductions and billing issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- CPA preferred
- 4-7+ years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in revenue accounting or e-commerce
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606
- Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred
