Senior Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

To support sustainable growth, the full-time remote Senior Revenue Accountant will ensure accurate global revenue recognition under ASC 606, develop scalable processes, and assist in the integration of newly acquired entities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform global revenue recognition accounting in compliance with ASC 606, ensuring accurate and timely recording of revenue
• Prepare and review monthly revenue journal entries and related account reconciliations to support financial close processes
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate revenue accounting processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles, particularly in a SaaS or software environment
• At least 6 to 8 years of progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on revenue recognition
• CPA certification required or actively pursuing, or equivalent experience
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and familiarity with AI-assisted workflows
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
