Senior Revenue Accountant
Job Summary
Serving as a subject matter expert in revenue recognition, the full-time Senior Revenue Accountant will manage complex customer contracts and ensure compliance with ASC 606 while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Advise stakeholders on ASC 606 application for complex customer arrangements and contract modifications
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close process, including reconciliations and revenue analytics
- Identify revenue recognition risks and drive process improvements to enhance scalability and compliance
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, with 2-4 years focused on revenue accounting in a SaaS or technology company
- Strong understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance and experience with complex contractual arrangements
- Public accounting experience or experience at a publicly traded company preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management in a multi-entity environment
