Senior Revenue Accountant
Job Summary
Owning the accounting and reporting of revenue, the full-time remote Senior Revenue Accountant will manage month-end close activities, prepare revenue-related journal entries and reconciliations, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies across various sales channels.
Key responsibilities
- Own monthly revenue close activities for direct-to-consumer, marketplace, and wholesale sales channels
- Prepare and review revenue-related journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Investigate and resolve variances between operational systems and the general ledger
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- CPA preferred
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including revenue accounting and financial close
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
