Senior Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

Owning the accuracy and integrity of sales and returns reporting, the full-time Senior Revenue Accountant will manage depository revenue, commissions, and related inventory activities while collaborating with Finance, Operations, and IT in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate reporting of depository sales and returns under US GAAP (ASC 606), including complex commission and revenue entries
• Lead month-end close activities for depository revenue, including accruals, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain reporting models for sales, returns, and reconciliations using Excel and Power Query

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in revenue, inventory, or reconciliation-focused accounting roles with exposure to US GAAP revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and complex formula design; experience with Power Query preferred
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, with an understanding of end-to-end transaction flow
• Experience with accounting systems and reconciliation tools, including preparing and reviewing schedules for accuracy
