Senior Revenue Accountant
Job Summary
Supporting the revenue accounting function, the full-time Senior Revenue Accountant will manage technical accounting, contract review, month-end close, and cross-functional process improvement initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review customer contracts and pricing structures to ensure compliance with ASC 606
- Support monthly revenue close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue processes and enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience with a mix of public accounting and industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce; familiarity with revenue automation tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Experience supporting subscription and usage-based pricing models in a SaaS environment strongly preferred
